Insynq, Service Fusion Partner To Push Field Services Management Into The Cloud

Cloud hosting provider Insynq has announced a new partnership with Service Fusion to help accelerate the adoption of cloud solutions in the field service management industry.

An announcement this week said Insynq is “now the preferred cloud hosting provider for QuickBooks Desktop” for existing users of Service Fusion, which provides field service management software. According to the companies, their collaboration will help businesses support working remotely.

Service Fusion’s solutions are integrated into QuickBooks already. Changes that occur in Service Fusion, like job invoices, payments, dispatching and scheduling, are automatically changed in QuickBooks as well.

“We’re very excited to partner with Service Fusion,” said Insynq CEO Elliot Luchansky. “We’ve seen an accelerating acceptance of the cloud within the field services market, which makes sense given the nature of what these organizations do. Field Service businesses can do this through cloud-native applications like Service Fusion as well as by accessing desktop applications that are hosted in the cloud.

“The field service industry demands work to be mobile with the ability to work from anywhere,” continued Luchansky. “This partnership and its strong traction highlights how cloud computing is empowering Field Service organizations, and does a nice job of bringing cloud applications with cloud-based desktops.”

The companies added that the field services market is increasingly relying on cloud technology to remain competitive; the cloud enables technicians working in the field instant access to critical information and facilitates real-time updates of that data, they noted.
